We would like to thank you for waiving the emergency service & digging charges on our bill.  With all the medical bills we have coming in, it really helps. That was very generous of you.

We would also like to thank you for the quick and efficient service we received.  We were very impressed that you were able to fit us in despite your busy schedule.  We were also pleased with the quality of the work that was done by your serviceman. Kudos to both of you!

We will be calling in another year to have our system pumped, so we can try to avoid this kind of problem from happening again.

Bob came out to pump out our septic tank. He informed me that the water level was high and that I have some sort of problem which could be the leach field. He did a quick probe of the field and could not identify any obvious problems. He told me what I could do to try to find the problem myself. I dug a few holes and took pictures and sent them to Carla (General Manager) which was followed up by a phone call in which she spent some time explaining what the problem could be. Bob called me and gave me some more info and suggestions and then I found a crushed pipe from the tank to the distribution box. Bob came by and looked at the pipe and told me how to fix it.



I really appreciated everything that Bob and Carla did to help me. They could have easily sold me a new $14K leach field or refused to help me. Great honest people and service!
